| This character had 2 main challenges. The first was masking the head for the red face paint. The second bigger challenge was creating a dual bladed lightsaber. I had created a single blade lightsaber for Obi-Wan 2 years earlier. Since the batter pack is hidden in the lightsaber hilt and the hilt is above the bottom blade, it created a problem holding the battery pack in the hilt while also attaching the bottom blade. Fortunately I only had to do this during initial setup Saturday morning and when I changed the batteries on Sunday morning. | |

| After the convention, my nephew wanted this statue setup in his room. To avoid changing the batteries over and over again, I had to redo the wiring to support an AC adapter hidden in the arm. | |
